Come be a part of a winning team! You will be responsible for the setup and service of our Craft Brew machinery, consisting of inline can filling and closing technology. This position will primarily be mechanically focused, with electrical knowledge a plus. Standard work schedule will include 50{fd6aea7e6a2888742764af34ead608f2c3373b57bd8a17fe1f4135b900e329d6} travel in a regional US territory (West, Midwest, and East coast territories are available) and will involve machine installation & commissioning, audits, repairs, and training. Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and make adjustments in the field at customer sites while interfacing with Leadership, Operators, Sales and Engineering are critical.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proficiency in mechanical disciplines
• Perform routine and/or emergency breakdown mechanical (electrical, as needed) service on company machinery
• Prepare customer reports of findings and document solutions to issues
• Assist in the development of training materials for installations and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and measuring equipment
• Ability to drill, tap, modify parts with hand tools or machine shop equipment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings, machine manuals, technical procedures and specifications to assist with or install new machines and upgrade, as required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to positively interact with all individuals
• Knowledge and experience within the Craft Brew packaging industry is a plus
• Valid passport and willingness/ability to travel, primarily within North America
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of three years of experience in the setup and service of Craft Beer machinery and/or applied training in mechanical assembly procedures
• Solid knowledge of and experience with various types of packaging machinery and systems used in beverage industries
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
• Experience in the Craft Beer or beverage packaging industries will be given priority

• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• May require occasional international travel
